Founder and President

Edwige MOLOU

Edwige MOLOU is a dynamic young Ivorian woman with a passion for education and leadership among children and young people. With over 7 years of professional experience in marketing-communication, project management and evaluation, she currently holds the position of Program Manager in an operational research and evaluation firm.

Edwige has been involved in social action in her community since she was a teenager. In 2010, she participated in the Panafrican Youth Leadership Program in Washington DC, strengthening her advocacy and leadership skills. She has subsequently held leadership roles in various high school clubs and community organizations.

After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management at ISM Dakar, Edwige continued her education and obtained a Master degree in Public Administration at Georgia State University, in the United States, on the prestigious Fulbright scholarship in 2021.

Edwige firmly believes that quality education and leadership can open doors of opportunity for children like her from modest families. With over 15 years' experience as a volunteer within various organizations, she decided to launch theNGO Elim Excellence to give back to the community and pass on what she has learned. Her commitment exemplifies her ethos as a leader and agent of change, dedicated to child education, youth empowerment and community development.
