The ELIM Leadership Academy is a leadership school designed to equip children and teenagers with the skills and knowledge they need to become effective leaders in the future. Structured in two levels, the Junior class is for children aged 9 to 12, while the Senior class is for teenagers aged 13 to 18.
The program runs from January to June, with bi-monthly meetings that explore a wide range of topics with the aim of improving participants' skills:

ELIM Leadership Academy goes beyond theoretical lessons by offering a unique immersive experience. Students visit museums, galleries, green spaces, schools of excellence and universities to learn in a variety of environments. They also take part in volunteering activities, reinforcing their sense of social responsibility and commitment to their community.
The curriculum also offers internships and shadow days, giving participants a practical insight into the world of work. These experiences help them to understand the requirements of different professions, clarify their career ambitions and develop a professional network from an early age.
